Falfield Village Hall – FalFilm Community Cinema Club - Terms and Conditions

1.  Membership

    1.1.   Membership to the FalFilm Community Cinema Club is open to all individuals who agree to  abide by these Terms and                Conditions.

    1.2.  Membership is non-transferable and subject to an annual fee, which grants access to regular screenings and club       

            events.

 

2. Screenings

    2.1.  Screenings are held at Falfield Village Hall on designated dates and times. Members will be notified of the schedule in 

            advance.

    2.2.  The club reserves the right to change screening dates, times, or films at its discretion.

    2.3.  All screenings are open to members and their accompanied guests, unless otherwise specified.

 

3. Ticketing

    3.1.  Members are required to reserve tickets in advance for screenings.

    3.2.  Ticket availability is based on the hall capacity for seating combined with comfort.

    3.3.  Tickets for screenings may be subject to availability, and the club cannot guarantee admission without a reservation.

            Seating capacity is based on 3.2 above.

    3.4.  A ticket is valid for the specific screening date and time; no refunds will be issued for missed films.

 

4. Conduct

    4.1.   All members and guests must act respectfully and follow the Village Hall’s code of conduct during screenings and

            events.

    4.2.  Disruptive behaviour, including talking loudly, using mobile phones, or causing disturbances, may result in a request to

            leave the event and may lead to membership termination.

 

5. Intellectual Property

    5.1.  Films screened by the club are for personal enjoyment only. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of any

            film is prohibited.

    5.2.  The FalFilm Community Cinema Club will ensure all films screened are obtained legally, with appropriate licenses or

            permissions.

 

6. Privacy

    6.1.  By becoming a member, you consent to the collection of personal information for the purpose of membership

            management, ticketing, and communication.

    6.2.  The club will not share personal information with third parties without prior consent unless required by law.

7.  Amendments

    7.1.  FalFilm Community Cinema Club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

    7.2.  Any changes will be communicated to members and take effect immediately upon notice

8. Termination

    8.1.  FalFilm Community Cinema Club reserves the right to terminate membership if a member violates these Terms and

           Conditions.

    8.2. Membership may also be terminated if the member no longer wishes to participate, by providing written notice to the

           club.

    8.3. There can be no pro-rata repayment of membership fees if a member decides to leave FalFilm Community Cinema

           Club.

 

By attending the Village Hall Cinema Club screenings or becoming a member, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
